About Flint Creek

Flint Creek Water Park spreads across roughly 1,900 acres around a 650-acre lake with 13 miles of shoreline, just off Highway 29 in Wiggins — about 35 miles north of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It is the largest and most complete of the Pat Harrison Waterway District’s nine parks.

Four campgrounds — Mohawk, Kahaka, Seneca, and a fourth loop opening soon — offer everything from full-hookup waterfront RV sites to primitive tent camping. A range of cabins and lodges sits along the water, from rustic 2-bedroom cabins to the lake-view Lodge, plus a Lodge Hall and shelters for gatherings.

On the water you can fish, water-ski, ride a jet ski, swim at the beach, or launch your own boat (rentals available). In summer, the privately managed Splash of Fun water park adds slides and family fun from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Whether you’re here for a weekend of camping, a family reunion at the Lodge Hall, or a day at the beach, Flint Creek is built for creating memories.
