Reservation, Refund & Payment Policies

Reservations

Cabins may be reserved by phone at 1-800-748-9403 or online where available. Campsites are reserved online per park; some loops are first-come, first-served. RoverPass processes online bookings on behalf of the district.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of reservation. Major credit cards are accepted. Applicable taxes are included in posted rates.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of booking and vary by reservation type.
• RV monthly rentals are non-refundable for early departure.
• No cabin refunds are issued if a privately managed attraction (such as Flint Creek’s Splash of Fun) is closed.
• Weather-related closures are handled per the district’s posted policy.
