Information We Collect

• Analytics data (only with your consent): anonymized usage identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, device/browser type — via Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager.
• Form submissions: contact and newsletter forms collect the name, email, and message you provide.

How We Use It

To operate and improve the site, respond to inquiries, and send updates you request. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Processors

• RoverPass — when you book, you are handed off to RoverPass, which processes your reservation and payment under its own privacy policy. This leaves PHWD’s privacy scope; we do not pass personal information into analytics.
• Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — usage measurement, subject to consent.
• Map & weather providers (OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo) — used to display maps and conditions.
• Email/list tool — used to deliver newsletters you subscribe to.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
